People Academy’s work is in leadership and coach development, high performing teams and communities, culture shaping, and team dynamics.
We’re at the leading edge of leadership development and organisational culture change. The team consists of master coaches and leader developers, working in business, sports, education, and the public sector, for organizations such as BMW, and in sport, the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee (USOPC), Sport England, and numerous USA Sport National Governing Bodies.

Since 2014, we’ve worked with the United States Olympic Committee’s National Team Coach Leadership program. Over that time we’ve helped develop 108 elite coaches, 48 of which had athletes or teams that medalled at Summer or Winter Olympics, in 24 sports, winning 71 medals.
